Internal Regulations of the Hotel Establishment
In the exercise of the Right of Admission, held by the owners of catering establishments, regulated in Decree 86/2013 (articles 47 and 49), guests may be expelled from the hotel establishment at any time, and access is expressly prohibited to:
- Persons who wish to enter once the maximum authorized capacity has been exceeded or the establishment's opening hours have passed.
- Persons who display violent attitudes or publicly incite hatred, violence or discrimination based on birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other social or personal condition or circumstance and, especially, those who behave aggressively or cause disturbances outside or at the entrance, and those who carry weapons or objects capable of being used as such.
- Persons who show symptoms of intoxication or who are consuming drugs or narcotic substances or show symptoms of having consumed them.
- Persons who do not meet the minimum age required, according to current regulations, unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardian.
- Persons whose stay at the hotel requires a service that the establishment does not provide.
- Persons who do not comply with the dress code required in each case by hotel staff for each event or area of the hotel.
- Persons who use the swimming pools outside the established hours.
- Persons who bring animals into the hotel without written permission from the hotel management, except for users of assistance dogs. The right of access will also apply to persons who train or educate assistance dogs, under the same conditions as users; this includes the training, re-education, transfer of the dog, and its adaptation to the user phases. It also extends to those who educate puppies if they are accompanied by the training dog they are fostering. ***
- Persons who cause disturbances, noise, damage to hotel facilities, attitudes contrary to the health and cleanliness of the establishment and, in general, persons who do not comply with the instructions of the hotel staff regarding decorum, good neighborliness, and any other instruction. A guest who causes damage or harm to the hotel facilities, to other guests, or to its employees, will be responsible for paying the cost of repair or compensation for the damage and harm caused.
- Guests must vacate the room when they do not pay or when the duration of the reservation expires, unless another agreement is reached with the hotel.
- Guests who practice ‘balconing’.
If any person found in the establishment meets the conditions described above, they may be expelled by the owner of the establishment or their representative at any time, and the assistance of Law Enforcement Agencies may be required.
*** This prohibition will not apply to guests who have booked a stay with a pet if the establishment's policy allows it.
Movement and stay within the establishment shall be restricted to areas reserved for guests, without them being able to access reserved or private rooms or spaces under any circumstances. Dress or attire shall be customary in each case. Express instructions from hotel staff regarding behavior, dress, decorum, and any other aimed at ensuring a pleasant stay for all hotel guests must be complied with. Among others, the following rules must be observed:
- Access to the bar/restaurant when wet is not permitted.
- Furniture from inside the hotel may not be taken to areas such as swimming pools or terraces, nor may said furniture be used for any purpose other than that for which it was originally intended.
- Consumption of outside beverages in the hotel's public areas is not permitted.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the establishment, except on outdoor terraces.
- Sufficient caution must be exercised if using irons, appliances, or objects that produce heat, fire, or sparks, in each accommodation, under guest responsibility.
- Cooperation in the access of persons not staying at the hotel establishment is prohibited. Such access must be expressly authorized in writing by hotel staff.
- Guests on an “All-Inclusive” plan have strictly restricted access to beverages for sharing with other guests.
- Reserving sun loungers by leaving towels or personal items on them in the pool area is not permitted. Hotel staff will remove both towels and belongings from them.
- Cash payments are not accepted in the bars and restaurants of this establishment. Every registered guest will have a credit system, with all their consumptions charged directly to their room, which can be settled at Reception at any time they deem convenient. They may also, if they wish, make payments with a credit card at the time of purchase (Cash payments can only be made at the Hotel Reception).
- Should fraudulent operations or habits be detected in the use of the credit service offered by the establishment to all its guests, they will be informed, and credit facilities may be modified or canceled by decision of the Hotel.
- Rooms have a clothesline, so hanging clothes on room railings is not permitted.
- Taking food out of the hotel's restaurants is not permitted.
- Taking towels outside the hotel establishment is not permitted. All hotel services are for exclusive use within the premises.
- Cooking in rooms using portable kitchens is not permitted.
- Pets or companion animals are not allowed, except for exceptions expressly accepted beforehand by the hotel management for each user.
- ‘Balconing’ is prohibited. The hotel establishment is not responsible for any bodily harm a guest may inflict upon themselves by engaging in ‘balconing’. The hotel establishment will claim damages and losses caused to the establishment (material damage or other expenses) from the guest who practices ‘balconing’ that are a direct consequence of ‘balconing’. Engaging in ‘balconing’ by any hotel guest may be sanctioned with expulsion from the hotel establishment, without this generating any right to refund or payment from the hotel to the guest. If necessary, the assistance of state law enforcement agencies (police) will be requested. Any costs incurred by the hotel for assisting a guest due to ‘balconing’ will be assumed by the guest.
- The use, takeoff, landing, or operation of drones or other unmanned aerial devices within the hotel facilities and their outdoor areas is expressly prohibited, for reasons of security, privacy, and compliance with current regulations.
The instructions of the hotel Management must be followed regarding any aspect not expressly provided for in this document.

- Close your room door when leaving and try to open it again to ensure it is locked.
- When in the room, keep the door properly closed, even if only for a short period of time.

- Do not keep the room key card with any document indicating the establishment or room number.
- Immediately notify the management of any abnormal occurrence you observe, such as: suspicious persons in the corridors, repeated phone calls from unidentified persons, knocks on your room door from strangers, or finding no one when you go to open it.
- Do not invite strangers to your room, nor tell them your room number.
- Do not allow repair personnel to enter your room without having requested or authorized it by management.
- Safety deposit boxes are available in your room. Consult reception for terms of correct use. The establishment will not be responsible for damages that may occur to objects not stored in these safety deposit boxes.

- The hotel will document this consent in all cases (written authorization or reservation made by the adult).
- In the case of accommodation requests by persons under 18 staying with an adult, the establishment will comply with the mandatory registration requirements for:
- Minors under 14 traveling with family: the adult will provide and sign for access, stating their relationship. The establishment will request the minor's identification document, and if unavailable, will register the minor's name, surname, and other data, along with the adult's identification data. It is recommended that all traveling minors have valid identification documents.
- Minors between 14 and 17 years old: In this case, all minors will sign their access registration, providing their identification document, and in all cases, including the details of the adult they are traveling with (father/mother/guardian). The establishment will always request AUTHORIZATION FROM THE FATHER/MOTHER/GUARDIAN, accompanied by a copy of the authorizing person's ID.
- The accommodation of minors coming from organized trips (educational, sports, etc.) and accompanied by responsible guardians/adults will be based on the information provided during check-in, and in all cases, parental/guardian authorization must always be provided.
