The main pool is located on level 0, at the center of the U-shaped hotel, allowing most rooms to enjoy a privileged view of it.

With a spacious size, it is ideal for both comfortable swimming and recreational activities. Its figure-eight design, heating during the winter season, and the surroundings with planters and tropical vegetation give it a unique character and an appealing atmosphere.

For families traveling with children, the pool also features a separate and safe area designed so that the little ones can have fun while adults relax peacefully.

Summer Season:
From 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Autumn and Winter Season:
From 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Note:
Depending on weather conditions, the schedule may be adjusted from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM to ensure proper use and safety of the facilities.

At the main pool, the use of floatation devices larger than 1.07 meters is prohibited, as is jumping from the edge, jumping onto mats or people from within the pool, and diving headfirst. These restrictions are in place to ensure the safety of all swimmers, especially in areas where the depth is not sufficient.

The use of large floaters can obstruct movement in the water and pose risks in emergency situations.

These actions can be dangerous, especially in shallow areas, and may cause cervical injuries or drowning.

Dear Guests,

We would like to kindly remind you that, in accordance with the hotel’s internal regulations, it is strictly prohibited to reserve sunbeds using towels, personal belongings, or any other objects. This policy ensures that all guests can enjoy the facilities fairly and equitably.

Please be advised that our staff will conduct periodic inspections. If a sunbed remains unattended for more than one hour without being used, any items left on it may be removed by our personnel.

Our staff is available and eager to assist you with any needs you may have, 24 hours a day.

We have 5 pools: 3 pools on the ground floor with ample terraces and sun loungers, as well as the 2  plunge pools on the roof, also with a spacious terrace and sun loungers, to divide our guests between the various pools.

Additionally, we remind you that the use of sunbeds before the pool opening hours is not recommended, as the area needs to be cleaned and prepared for proper use. Staff may ask guests to vacate the area if found using the sunbeds before the official opening time.
