The Hotel GF Fañabé provides its guests with safes in each room for the security of their valuables. We inform our distinguished guests that the hotel is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings that have not been deposited in the safe provided in the room.

Accountability Policy:

• Valuables: Our guests are strongly advised to keep all valuables such as jewellery, cash, electronic devices and important documents in the room safe.
• Forgotten Objects: The hotel is not responsible for any personal belongings left outside the safe, including, but not limited to, items left in rooms, common areas or any other space within the hotel premises.
• Loss or Theft: In case of loss or theft of objects not deposited in the safe, the hotel will not assume any responsibility. We therefore recommend that all guests make use of the safe to secure their valuables.
• Objects found: Objects found within the hotel premises will be handed over to reception and will be kept in custody for a maximum period of 30 days. After this time, if they are not claimed, the hotel reserves the right to dispose of them at its discretion.
